The Norwegian Mother, Father and Child Cohort Study (MoBa) is one of the world’s largest health surveys, which follows approximately 95 000 mothers, 75 000 fathers and 114 500 children and youths. The purpose of MoBa is to generate knowledge about serious diseases for better prevention and treatment. This year MoBa will turn 25 years!

Ole Andreassen, Professor at the Centre for Precision Psychiatry, Institute of Clinical Medicine, University of Oslo.
Ole Andreassen, Professor at the Centre for Precision Psychiatry, University of Oslo, will tell us more about this unique resource for medical research. He will focus on overcoming practical biobank issues, the need for collaborations between university/health care and register-holding authorities, as well as the study design from both a legal and scientific perspective.
As usual the webinar will end with an open Q&A and discussion among webinar participants.
